Product: RestroTech POS – Restaurant Billing & Management Software
Location: Assigned Territory
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for RestroTech POS within the assigned territory. The role involves acquiring new restaurant clients, conducting product demonstrations, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and convert prospects into customers.
- Build relationships with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, and other food service businesses.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams for smooth customer implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in SaaS, POS, restaurant technology, or hospitality solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
