We at Ovington Finance Pvt. Ltd (NBFC Regd. with RBI) are looking to hire a Manager - Recovery for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate is a well-organized individual with good communication skills and have a deep understanding of all Recovery procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct through audits of documents
- Vetting of the documents
- Identify and report critical technical issues and operational bottlenecks to management
- Follow ups from advocates regarding the ongoing cases
- Active Support in Recovery
- Provide Legal advice on HR and other matters of the companies
- conduct court visits
Qualifications
1. He should have at least 3-4 years of Experience in a NBFC/Recovery organisation with some court exposure.
2. Up to 40 years of age
3. Proficiency in different Recovery tools like SARFAESI, Arbitration, NI Act cases, DRT and Lok Adalats
4. Candidates should be based out in Delhi/NCR
5. Proficient in Computer literacy ( MS Office)
6. Very good in communication
7. Salary - negotiable.
