Light Art Studio is a premium decorative lighting brand known for elegant and creative lighting solutions for luxury homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. As we expand to Siliguri, we’re looking for a dynamic In-Store Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
Be the face of our showroom—assist clients, explain lighting options, and offer a premium retail experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Recommend suitable lighting solutions based on client needs
- Clearly explain product features and aesthetics
- Build lasting relationships and manage follow-ups
- Process inquiries, orders, and coordinate with project teams
- Maintain a neat and visually appealing showroom; indoor sales and no targets.
- Share customer feedback with the team
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in in-store or showroom sales (luxury retail/home décor preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (must); Bengali & Nepali are a plus
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Willing to work weekends and retail hours
