About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously — across different industries and audiences — with the discipline of a strategist and the instincts of a content creator.
This is a role for someone who holds themselves accountable without being asked, treats every deadline as non-negotiable, and understands that great social media management is about building brands — not just managing platforms.
What You'll Own
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for 3–5 brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Develop tailored content strategies for each brand based on their audience, goals, and platform behaviour
- Write captions, hooks, and headlines that are platform-native and built to perform
- Direct briefs for designers and video editors — concisely and without ambiguity
- Oversee short-form video, reels, carousels, and stories from concept to publish
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and apply trends proactively
- Track and analyse performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
- Present clear, actionable performance reports to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate across designers, copywriters, videographers, and account managers
- Manage community interaction — comments, DMs, and audience engagement
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency or multi-brand strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing 3–5 brand accounts simultaneously — portfolio required
- Cross-industry exposure across at least two sectors (e.g. tech, F&B, lifestyle, retail, real estate, healthcare)
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across brands and platforms
- Deep understanding of how each platform works — algorithms, formats, and audience expectations
- Confident reading and interpreting social media analytics
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure across multiple accounts, consistently
- An active and strategic personal social media presence (mandatory — we will review it before your first interview)
Good to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut
- Prior experience at a digital marketing or creative agency
- Experience working with influencers or brand ambassador programmes
- Cross-cultural content experience or international brand exposure

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
