Key ResponsibilitiesCalling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally
- Explain clinic services, offers, and consultation process clearly
- Generate and confirm appointments for consultations
Follow-ups & Conversions
- Follow up with interested and pending leads via calls and WhatsApp
- Address client queries, objections, and concerns politely
- Achieve daily calling, lead conversion, and appointment targets
Data & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or registers
- Coordinate with front office and slimming consultants for appointment scheduling
- Update lead status and feedback regularly
Compliance & Etiquette
- Follow calling scripts, clinic guidelines, and data privacy norms
- Maintain professional communication and call etiquette
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
- Experience in healthcare, slimming, wellness, or service sales preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills (local language + English/Hindi preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and patient approach
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
