Key Responsibilities:
● Individualized Education Plans (IEP):
○ Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
○ Track progress and make adjustments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
● Lesson Planning and Delivery:
○ Plan and deliver differentiated lessons suited to students' diverse learning abilities.
○ Develop Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM) and use assistive technology to enhance engagement and achieve goals.
● Classroom Management:
○ Create an inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.
○ Implement positive behavior management strategies to encourage self-regulation.
● Extracurricular Activities:
○ Plan and participate in the implementation of extracurricular activities to ensure student engagement in a wide range of experiences.
○ Support the organization of special events, field trips, and workshops.
● Collaboration with Parents and Caregivers:
○ Maintain regular communication( as per given guidelines) with parents regarding student progress.
○ Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and parent support groups.
● Assessment and Documentation:
○ Conduct regular student assessments and maintain organized records of lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.
● Interdisciplinary Involvement:
○ Collaborate with therapists and other educators to create comprehensive development plans for students.
● Professional Development:
○ Stay updated with the latest special education practices through workshops and training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
