Royal Brothers X (RBX) is one of multiple business vertical of Royal brothers, which
provides a subscription-based bike rental service, offering long-term rental plans ranging
from 3 to 36 months. With a focus on affordability, convenience, and customer satisfaction,
RBX simplifies bike ownership by including maintenance, doorstep delivery, and flexible
payment options.
About the Role:
As an RBX Intern, you will play a key role in developing the business-vertical and ensuring
a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in
identifying and expanding the business to multiple cities and will also work on enhancing
customer experience, improving service efficiency, and contributing to strategies for
retention and satisfaction. This role provides hands-on exposure to Sales, Business
Expansion and Operation, Customer operations, analytics, and process improvements in
the fast-growing mobility sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources (sales data, customer feedback, web analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Business Performance Metrics: Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, retention rates, and overall business performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Research competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify areas of differentiation and potential improvements in our model.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and survey responses to better understand user needs and pain points, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
- Project Management: Collaborate with various departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment of business goals and project objectives.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize customer support and operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on Business, revenue, P&L, customer experience metrics, Department performance, services and SLAs.
- Identify trends from data and provide insights to enhance RBX subscription services.
- Contribute to process improvements, policy enhancements, and retention strategies.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, Adaptability and problem-solving, Data-Analytics, and Strategic Planning.
- Customer-focused skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with customer support tools is a plus.
