- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with department heads
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Maintain candidate database and hiring records
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures as per company policy
- Identify training needs across departments
- Coordinate learning and development programs
- Ensure staff are trained on service standards and compliance
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
- Support payroll processing in coordination with finance/accounts
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
