Key Responsibilities
- Generate 100+ qualified B2B leads/month via LinkedIn, email & cold outreach
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → closure
- Execute Pan India BD campaigns
- Build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales head for a smooth client onboarding
- Maintain pipeline and track performance via CRM
Requirements
- 0.5–1 years of experience in B2B Sales / Lead Generation
- Strong skills in cold outreach, pitching & negotiation
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), or similar tools
- Bonus: prior exposure to SaaS sales, HR tech, or AI products — you'll ramp up faster
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + High Incentives (Lead + Closure based)
