- Solving the Critical Problems in Stitching
- Giving the Quality of Stitching According to The Buyer Requirement
- Monitor the production activities of the floor so as to ensure order completion is done as per plan
- Make the plan for the floor to run the production as per of delivery schedule.
- Take necessary action on the issues based on the production reports
- Monitoring and controlling the absenteeism of the operators
- Helping the HRD in controlling the turn over of the employees
- Co-ordinate with other Department Heads or Unit Heads to fulfill the order requirements.
- Make sure the implemented systems run smoothly in the production floor
- Give the required feedback to the Higher Management
- To ensure proper coordination between planning, cutting, sewing, checking and finishing etc.
- Coordination with concerned Buyer QA regarding quality requirement of an order
- Shall approve any changes in the style in co ordination with merchandiser / buyer QC in Sampling.
- Reviewing the Process performance of the Sewing Section
