Role Objective
To manage customer relationships and post-sales activities effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely coordination, collections follow-up, and smooth possession processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Manage post-sales documentation and customer communication.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
Maintain customer database and records in CRM software.
Follow up for due payments and collections.
Assist customers during agreement, registration, possession, and handover stages.
Generate MIS reports and customer status updates.
Conduct customer engagement and feedback activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
Required Skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Understanding of real estate processes and documentation.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales.
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently.
Customer-focused and process-oriented professional.
