Responsibilities under these KRAs
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools.
- Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare BRDs/FRDs.
- Conduct sales and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for business issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Prepare business presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Forecast business trends using historical and current data.
- Ensure proper documentation of business processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and other departments to execute business initiatives.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data integrity.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate analytical insights.
- Leverage AI and productivity tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
