Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Resolve issues and provide quick, effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication & active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, email)
- Positive attitude & ability to stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to work on-site and learn new skills
- Freshers welcome - full training provided!
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus
