Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle data entry and administrative tasks related to HR operations
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth communication
Support day-to-day HR activities and reporting
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Qualification:
Completed MBA in HR
Location: Ghansoli (Mahape)
Note - Pick up and drop service available from Ghansoli station
Internship Duration: 1 year
Stipend: depends on interview
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
