- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration
- Support payroll preparation and coordination
- Handle employee inquiries and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Coordinate training and employee development activities
- Support performance appraisal and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
