We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Digital Marketing Domain, handling key social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn, and YouTube. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled at analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to enhance branding and audience engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, reel, podcast, and long-format videos) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn, and YouTube. Analyze and report on page and post impressions, audience engagement metrics, and other performance indicators. Develop strategies for post and page growth based on analytics and performance insights. Manage and update company profiles and pages across all social media platforms. Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages to foster community engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in social media marketing.
Proven experience in social media marketing, at least 1-2 years. Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms. Strong skills in generating and analyzing social media performance reports. Excellent understanding of different analytics tools and their application to content strategies. Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. Experience working with an Agency/Digital Marketing Company/Edu-Tech Company is highly desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Â
