Experience- 3 to 6 Years
The candidates should have Site construction experience.
Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for on-site civil construction management, including progress, quality, safety, site management and technical guidance.
2. Preparing approval and acceptance documentation, coordinate with local government departments in pune and follow up on approval progress.
3. Participate in verifying work quantities for variation orders and receiving project settlement documents.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 Years experience in civil projects,
2. legal approvals,
3. quality standards,
4. BOM & BOQ,
5. Engineering drawing,
6. Good experience of AUTO CAD
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
