1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and general ledger management
- Handle journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Assist in finalization of accounts and audits
2. Cost & Inventory Accounting (Manufacturing Focus)
- Maintain and monitor costing systems (standard costing, process costing)
- Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and production costs
- Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods valuation
- Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overheads)
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation
- Manage customer invoicing and collections
- Monitor aging reports and cash flow
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle tax filings and returns
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
5. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor budget vs actual performance
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights
6. Internal Controls & Audit
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
7. ERP & Systems
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Improve accounting processes through automation and system enhancements
Pay: ₹8,369.63 - ₹40,000.00 per month
