Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth functioning of restaurant equipment and facilities. The role involves preventive maintenance, quick issue resolution, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards across the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance of kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, refrigeration units, etc.)
- Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing
- Maintain records of maintenance work and service schedules
- Support restaurant team in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of experience in maintenance (QSR, hotel, or retail preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly
- Willingness to travel between stores (if required)
