Job Summary:The Data Research Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive key business decisions within the Technology department. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data efficiently
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes
- Conduct research to identify new data sources and improve data quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
