· Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance and payroll & attendance management.
· Arrange Employee Engagement and Team Building Activities.
· Making proper employee retention plans.
· Making sure that Employee Journey, Goal settings & KPI’s are managed properly.
Desired Candidate
· Educational Qualifications – MBA in HR
· Experience – 4- 10 years in HR
· Must have worked on HRMS Software
· Computer skills (Advanced Excel will be added Advantage, Word)
