Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules efficiently
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders
- Draft professional emails, reports, and other business correspondence
- Conduct research, compile data, and present information in a structured manner
- Follow up on meetings, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Assist in administrative and operational activities as required
- Be available for occasional outdoor meetings or work-related travel
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(Compulsory)
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Calendar and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
