Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting customers throughout their buying journey, and converting leads into sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Calls & Queries
- Drive Sales
- Order & Customer Coordination
- Build Customer Relationships
- Maintain Sales Records
- Coordinate with Internal Teams
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 YEAR of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations professionally.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
