About the Role
Elara, a premium after-school club, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team. We specialize in transforming traditional education into an engaging, game-based learning experience for children aged 1 to 7 years.
Operating with an exceptional 6:2 student-to-teacher ratio, you will deliver structured, skill-based sessions in a warm and collaborative environment.
Comprehensive training on Elara’s proprietary methodologies will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate indoor games, movement, storytelling, and role-play activities.
* Cultivate essential cognitive and social skills, including focus, communication, teamwork, and emotional resilience (winning humbly and losing gracefully).
* Maintain an energetic, safe, and positive classroom environment.
* Observe student engagement and provide structured progress feedback.
Candidate Profile
* Qualifications: A teaching degree is not required; however, prior experience working with young children is mandatory.
* Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
* Core Attributes: Highly energetic, adaptable, punctual, and strictly professional in grooming and hygiene.
* Interpersonal Skills: A warm, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for child development and teamwork.
