Position: Business Development Executive
Reporting to: Business Centre Manager
Job Description:
- To work for business development and growth of the CADD ITH Centre (CADD, LIVEWIRE, SYNERGY) by lead generation, counseling, demo, workshop.
- To consult clients (Manufacturing industries, IT industries, Construction companies, Architects, Engineering colleges, Polytechnics, PU colleges, Education institutions) to develop business through training programs from CADD ITH Centre.
- Business Development Executive should put extra effort to search & identify client organization where there is training requirement or where he/she can generate demand.
- Training demand is very flexible (especially for corporate customers). Prospective client can extend it for any number of days considering their own constraint. Business Development Executive has to pull this demand and close it at the earliest to achieve their regular targets.
- Best way to sell training services is to create and maintain healthy relationship with the new or / and existing Clients. Business Development Executive is not only responsible for sale but for long term association with the existing customers and their satisfaction.
- To manage entire sales process for at site corporate and institutional sales.
- To understand existing departmental setup, regular practices exercised by client, products and updates in use, their existing technical competencies etc.
- Business Development Executive must be a great sales person who can suggest solution to the client with all possible available options to increase the customer productivity and hence the sales of our CADD ITH Centre training courses and improve brand value.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
