About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Business Development Executive to manage lead follow-ups, coordinate client appointments, and support sales conversions for MathLab products and services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads generated by the digital marketing team, understanding client requirements, scheduling product demos, coordinating with the demo team, and converting potential clients into customers through effective follow-up and relationship management. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling ability, and a result-oriented approach to achieving business growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated by the digital marketing team.
- Explain MathLab products and services to potential clients through calls and online communication.
- Schedule and coordinate demo appointments with clients and the demo team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients before and after product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demo and sales processes.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and business opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, institutions, students, parents, or other clients.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead status, conversions, and client interactions.
- Support overall business development and customer acquisition activities of MathLab.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
