We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for handling the complete e-commerce operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be a smart worker with strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to manage online sales channels end-to-end.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, website operations, product listings, order management, digital promotions, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart ,TradeIndia, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings with accurate content, specifications, images, and keywords.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy and regular updates.
- Monitor marketplace performance and implement growth strategies.
Order & Inventory Management
- Track and manage orders from all e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms.
- Minimize order cancellations and returns.
Sales Growth & Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and product visibility initiatives.
- Manage Amazon Ads, sponsored campaigns, and marketplace promotions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales conversions and revenue.
Website Management
- Coordinate updates and maintenance of the company website.
- Upload products, banners, technical specifications, and promotional content.
- Ensure SEO-friendly product pages.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track sales trends, traffic, ad performance, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze marketplace metrics and recommend improvements.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain healthy seller account ratings and performance metrics.
Digital Presence
- Support digital marketing activities including SEO, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Generate leads through online channels and industrial B2B portals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good understanding of online marketplaces and product catalog management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience with industrial products, electrical products, HVAC equipment, fans, coolers, or engineering products.
- Knowledge of SEO, marketplace advertising, and product ranking techniques.
- Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva.
