Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our firm as Manager. The role involves managing audit engagements, supervising audit teams, reviewing reports, and ensuring high standards of audit quality, compliance, and financial reporting.
The position offers exposure to bank audits, corporate audits, financial reporting, taxation, compliance reviews, and operational audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for banks, corporates, and financial institutions
- Plan and allocate assignments to audit executives and field teams
- Review audit documentation, working papers, and audit reports
- Evaluate and report on risk, compliance, and governance practices
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation regulations, and applicable financial regulations
- Conduct independent audit reviews and client discussions, as required
- Ensure timely completion and high quality of audit deliverables
- Provide guidance, supervision, and training to audit team members
- Prepare consolidated audit reports, management summaries, and client presentations
- Maintain professional interaction with clients, management teams, and internal stakeholders
- Travel to client locations within Chennai and outstation, as required for assignments
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in audit, accounting, or financial compliance
- Exposure to bank audits, corporate audits, statutory audits, or compliance reviews preferred
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Good understanding of corporate laws and taxation regulations
- Strong analytical, reporting, and audit review capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and relevant IT tools
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple assignments effectively
