Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical dictations, radiology reports, diagnostic reports, and clinical notes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and edit transcribed documents for grammar, formatting, clarity, and medical accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive healthcare information.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of reports as per departmental standards.
- Coordinate with radiologists, doctors, and healthcare staff for report clarification when required.
- Follow established quality standards, documentation protocols, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist
✅ Excellent listening, typing, and English language skills
✅ Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, diagnostic procedures, and healthcare documentation
✅ Ability to accurately transcribe physician dictations and medical reports
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and medical transcription software
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
