Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
- Manage vendor relationships, facilities, and procurement
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace infrastructure and logistics
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and administrative planning
- Support HR and leadership teams with operational coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in administration or operations management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in media, entertainment, or startups is a plus
