About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler with 1–4 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection BIM modeling. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in creating coordinated BIM models, producing construction documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams. The candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage and have a solid understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, and coordinated construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Produce schedules, quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from BIM models.
- Review consultant drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout various project stages.
- Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design revisions.
- Support project delivery by meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and BIM coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical systems, and Fire Protection systems.
- Experience in creating LOD 300/350 BIM models.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
