Placement Coordinator
Experience: 2–5 Years (can be modified as required)
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Placement Coordinator to build and manage partnerships with corporate clients, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders. The role focuses on employer engagement, placement activities, recruitment coordination, and talent deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Generate placement and internship opportunities through outreach, networking, and corporate interactions.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, hiring events, and placement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align candidate skills with industry requirements.
- Track placement progress and maintain employer databases and MIS reports.
- Ensure achievement of placement, employer engagement, and hiring targets.
