About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Claim Administrator to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. The role involves coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim handling and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end insurance claim processing
- Coordinate with clients to collect required claim documents
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and updates in the system
- Ensure timely submission and closure of claims
- Communicate claim updates clearly to clients
- Resolve client queries related to claims
- Track pending claims and ensure regular follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims / backend operations (Freshers can apply if trained)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in health, motor, or general insurance claims
- Familiarity with CRM or claim management systems
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
