Identity and Access Management is seeking an Associate Security Developer (IGA) to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, with a focus on SailPoint. In this role, the candidate will assist in maintaining platform stability, supporting production issues, and executing access governance processes that impact a large enterprise user base. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the associate will gain hands‑on experience with SailPoint operations, troubleshooting identity lifecycle and access-related issues, and collaborating with application and identity teams.The position provides foundational exposure to SailPoint development and operations, production support, and cross‑team collaboration, while building technical skills and domain knowledge needed for growth into advanced IAM and IGA engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide developing Level 3 operational support for SailPoint IGA platforms, assisting with incident investigation and resolution of production issues related to access provisioning and de‑provisioning, following established SOPs and escalation procedures.

Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and known error details in knowledge repositories to support operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and reduction of repeat issues.

Ability to execute approved change tickets and provide operational coverage across different work shifts, as required, to support service continuity and platform stability

Work under the guidance of senior engineers to support and validate monitoring, alerting, and reporting for enterprise IGA platforms, contributing to improved issue detection, response efficiency, and operational metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Direct, hands on experience working with SailPoint IGA technology in a production or non production environment, supporting day to day operational activities under established processes.
- Experience performing IGA operational tasks, including troubleshooting connector-related issues, monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, and assisting with debugging approval and workflow related problems.
- Ability to execute approved change, patching, and upgrade activities for SailPoint platforms under guidance, and perform post implementation validation to confirm platform health and service stability.
- 1+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Python, Perl scripting, or another programming language, with the ability to read, understand, and make minor updates to scripts or SailPoint configurations as part of operational support
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in the Information Security and/or Information Technology domain, with exposure to Identity and Access Management or related security systems.

Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management processes, with the ability to follow defined operational procedures and escalation paths.

Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira, including tracking work items, incidents, or change tasks.
