Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various roles.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage and oversee the overall recruitment function, ensuring smooth and timely hiring operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver suitable talent.
- Lead and guide the recruitment team, ensuring performance, productivity, and adherence to hiring targets.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
