Job Summary
The Commis Helper – Alfaham Section assists the Alfaham Chef and kitchen team in food preparation, grilling support, cleaning, and maintaining smooth daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and marination of Alfaham and grilled items.
Support chefs during grilling and food service operations.
Clean, cut, and prepare chicken, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Alfaham section.
Clean kitchen equipment, grills, utensils, and workstations regularly.
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in stock handling and kitchen material arrangement.
Support the kitchen team during busy operational hours.
Follow instructions from the Chef and Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of grilling and kitchen operations.
Experience in Alfaham or grill section is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
