Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creatively driven Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital content formats and performance marketing, along with a natural instinct for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
This role requires someone who goes beyond executing briefs — a creative thinker who genuinely enjoys crafting compelling video content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content across multiple formats:
- Short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
- Long-format videos (YouTube, brand films, educational content)
- Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content)
- Develop platform-first edits tailored to Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow.
- Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams.
- Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Reels & short-form content
- Long-format storytelling
- Performance marketing/advertising creatives
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- A keen eye for detail, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Passion for video editing and a proactive creative mindset.
