Key Responsibilities:
Answer emergency calls from the public and healthcare providers
- Assess urgency and dispatch appropriate services (ambulance/support)
- Accurately record patient details, location, and case information
- Stay calm and reassure callers during high-stress situations
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication & active listening skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer proficiency & good typing speed in English
- Empathy and sensitivity in handling distressed callers
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Freshers welcome!
- Prior experience in call centers or healthcare is a plus
