Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
- Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and MIS.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to accuracy and detail.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA
- 5–10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience handling complete accounting operations and team management.
- Exposure to audits, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
