Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Summary:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating communication with clients, and maintaining accurate CRM records for B2B Tier 2 and OEM customers in the sheet metal engineered components industry. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and OEM clients.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with customer details, inquiries, and communication records.
- Build strong long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth communication and order updates.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management professionally.
- Prepare CRM reports, sales trackers, and customer performance summaries.
- Ensure timely communication of order confirmations, production updates, and dispatch schedules.
- Support vendor registration processes and OEM documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Mimimum 2 years of experience in CRM, customer coordination, or sales support in manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Experience with Tier 2 suppliers or OEM clients preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software .
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
