Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketplace operations, digital advertising, catalog management, pricing strategies, account management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Plan and optimize product listings, catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplaces to improve sales and ROI.
- Monitor sales performance, ACoS/ROAS, conversion rates, and other business KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Develop growth strategies for online sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Ensure accurate account management, order processing, returns, and reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports and present business insights to management.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce & Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of Quick Commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Expertise in Marketplace Advertising (Amazon Ads, Blinkit, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, and account management.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in managing multiple online sales channels and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
