We are looking for Data Scientists (Freshers to 1 Year Experience) with strong hands-on exposure in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Data Science.
What You’ll Work On
#Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems
- Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step workflows
- Develop multi-agent systems (MAS) with collaboration and dynamic task delegation
- Implement agent orchestration, memory systems, and workflow management
- Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
- Build tool-augmented agents with APIs, databases, and external integrations
- Develop RAG-based and knowledge-driven AI systems
- Apply advanced reasoning techniques like ReAct, Tree-of-Thought
- Optimize agents for scalability, latency, and production deployment
#Data Science, ML & Deep Learning
- Perform EDA, data preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Build and evaluate ML models (classification, regression, clustering)
- Develop deep learning models (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
- Work on Computer Vision models (YOLO, SAM / SAM 2)
- Fine-tune models using Hugging Face & pretrained architectures
- Implement model optimization (quantization, pruning, transfer learning)
- Translate business problems into data-driven AI solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and AI agent frameworks (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen)
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems
- Strong Python, Machine Learning, and Data Science fundamentals
- Understanding of vector databases, memory systems, and AI workflows
- Built real-world AI / ML projects (GitHub mandatory)
- Problem-solving mindset + ability to work in a fast-paced startup
