**Hiring for the position of Service Manager / Workshop Manager for a Honda Two-Wheeler Dealership
**Location – Tinsukia, Assam
**Experience – Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the overall operations of the service workshop and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and customer satisfaction targets
- Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and adherence to Honda service processes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated service issues
- Monitor service appointments, job card management, and vehicle turnaround time
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability
- Implement service marketing activities to increase workshop footfall and customer retention
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze workshop performance metrics
**REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer handling and communication abilities
- Good understanding of workshop operations and service KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
