This role offers the opportunity to work with premium products and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products, order status, and sales policies
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely resolutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalised solutions and recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain order status forms to track order progress from placement to delivery.
- Assist in preparing invoices, proforma invoices, and other necessary documents for customer transactions, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain organised records of all sales documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Prepare sample invoices for customer presentations or internal purposes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Customer Support Manager and other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and support.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and inventory, to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,645.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
