Job Summary
The Quotation Preparing Staff (Civil) is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for landscaping and turf construction projects, while also supervising site execution to ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Quotation & Estimation Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for landscaping and turf construction works.
- Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for materials such as turf,hardscape materials, etc.
- Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Maintain records of estimates, quotations, revisions, and approvals.
- Support the commercial team during tender submissions and negotiations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in tendering for landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers.
- Valid driving license (if site visits are required).
