Position: Finishing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Meher Foundations & Civil Engineers Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing activities at construction sites, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites.
· Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
· Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
· Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
· Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
· Order and manage materials required for finishing work.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have strong knowledge of all types of finishing work in construction projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, and interior works. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Education: Graduation not required.
· Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in finishing supervision across construction projects.
Salary Range:
₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set).
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
