Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and drive strong client relationships
- Ensure effective client coordination across teams for smooth service delivery
- Take a solution-oriented approach to resolve queries and enhance client satisfaction
- Understand client needs and support with basic accounts, taxation, and compliance matters
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in a client-facing role, preferably within legal, compliance, or consulting services
- Strong communication skills, goal-driven, and ability to handle objections.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho/Salesforce) and digital tools.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and client management skills
- Working Knowledge of legal documentation, compliance norms, and regulatory frameworks
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
