Hiring: O&M Engineer – Solar Power Plant
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Kheradi (Gujarat) & Raisen (MP)
Plant Capacity: 3–4 MW Solar PV Plant
Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a Solar O&M Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of a 3–4 MW Solar PV power plants in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Kheradi (Gujarat) & Raisen (MP). The role involves ensuring maximum plant performance, preventive maintenance, and quick troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily solar plant operations and generation performance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear
- Analyze SCADA data and generation reports to optimize plant output
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance logs, generation reports, and site documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise site technicians
Food & Accommodation will not be provided.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2–5 years experience in Solar PV plant O&M
Knowledge of inverters, SCADA systems, and HT/LT equipment
Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills
Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in solar plant operations.
