An ITI Fitter is responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Assemble, fit, and install machine parts and mechanical components.
Repair and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
Measure, mark, cut, drill, file, and shape metal components accurately.
Align and adjust machine parts for proper operation.
Inspect equipment to identify faults and wear.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
Replace damaged or worn-out parts and components.
Test machinery after installation or repair to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to minimize machine downtime.
Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
