Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient manufacturing operations, and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage shop-floor teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor productivity throughout the shift.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when required.
- Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and rework.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily performance metrics.
- Train, guide, and motivate production employees to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
- Implement and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
